When I started taking HGH my rhr went up by like 5 points. This was expected as it seems to be pretty common. However I believe over time it’s suppose to slowly come back down to normal. I just switched my HGH supply to a new vendor a few days ago and my rhr just so happen to have come down around the same time.

So my question is for people on HGH for a longer time now. Did your rhr ret to normal? If so how long did it take?

I don’t know if my new HGH is bunk or the timing just happen to line up.
