Captain one balance transfer shows posted but Navy Fed hasn't acknowledged payment
On May 3 I submitted a balance transfer to Navy using my Capital one card. Capital one shows the transaction posted to my capital one account on May 5 and shows in description balance transfer to Navy federal. Today is May 21st and Navy is still showing the balance on my credit card with them and says there is no pending payment. I am still being charged interest and am continuing to make the minimum payment but am worried at this point because it has been 12 business days. I read that capital one won't do anything until it has been 15 business days and I am still under that. I am assuming they mailed them a check instead of a electronic transfer.
Has anyone else experienced this for this long and can anyone else who has done a balance transfer using their capital one card to navy post how long it took? Thank you so so much.
