Former Freedom employee – SIM replacement stuck (Employee Services no response)
Hey,
I’m a former Freedom employee and I’m stuck with a SIM issue that’s been unresolved for over 2 weeks.
My SIM card is completely dead and I have no access to my number at all. Retail and customer care both told me they can’t help because it’s an employee account and only Employee Services can process SIM replacement.
I’ve emailed Employee Services multiple times but I’m getting no response or acknowledgment.
At this point I’m completely locked out of my number and can’t receive OTPs or calls.
Has anyone dealt with Employee Services before or knows the correct way to actually escalate this? Right now there’s no working support path.
