Did I get screwed over by the store ?
I didn’t know where to post the question so if this is incorrect please lmk. For some context, I recently got into one piece with my gf and we loved the look of the op-13 red luffy. I was hoping to get it with her over the weekend after work. I bought two boxes and after looking through our pulls I noticed something strange… one of the packs had a OP-10 smoker card in it. I looked it up and everything online said my box was tampered with but I couldn’t identify anything from the packs ? Is this something normal or am I missing something? Here is some photos of the cards and the one I got from the pack. Any info would be really appreciated. I also didn’t get any photos of the box before because the last thing in my mind was that my box was going to be resealed, I thought it was from a reputable place.
