BO7 Textures really bad looking

I was curious if anyone could help me figure out how to fix my textures looking really low quality despite settings being on high? Pictures included.

EDIT: Ladies and gentlemen I have finally found the fix. I turned off Texture Filtering-Trilinear Optimization in the nvidia control panel and set the Shader Cache Size to unlimited as well.
