I’m a competitive bodybuilder and online coach working with clients locally and internationally, helping both athletes and everyday individuals transform their physiques and habits.

This is my 20-week transformation.

- Age: 31

- Height: 5'7"

- Peak bulk: 90kg (6,000kcal/day)

- Peak cut: 82kg (1,900kcal/day)

- No shortcuts, just consistent calorie tracking (no aggressive cuts, OMAD, Atkins, IIFYM, etc.)

- Structured training (mesocycles, progressive overload, mechanical tension)

- Prioritizing recovery (sleep, mobility, myofascial work, etc.)

- Dialed-in nutrition & supplementation
