Hey runners, looking for some advice to improve my running. Today I ran 4.5 km and I’m trying to get better with pace, stamina, and overall performance.

I’ve been running on and off for a while, but now I want to be more consistent. What changes would you suggest in terms of training, breathing, pacing, recovery, or diet?

Any tips for improving endurance and speed would be appreciated.
