(I'm not sure what tag to put in so I put anxiety)

I posted here weeks ago when my twitching was constant, mainly in my calves and thighs.

But now since then it's calmed down. I sometimes go for hours without feeling a twitch. I also don't feel that weird "weakness" feeling in my left arm.

I can still do any type of physical activity you can think of with no issue.

But the twitching is still there and I can pretty much feel it in every part of my body.

Especially my right eye, it was there from the beginning.

I'm not sure what it could possibly be still

I'm taking magnesium and I'd say it has helped a bit.

I am low on my vitamins though since I use an app to check my food.

And I don't really go outside

Rarely if ever.

But I've noticed in the morning when I'm not thinking about it I feel great almost like it doesn't exist.

But once the afternoon and evening comes.

I start thinking about it and the twitching starts going off.

So now I'm in a bubble of my own thoughts wondering if my anxiety is making it worse or if it's actually just BFS.

Any help would be appreciated.

My thighs and calves. (sometimes feet) started twitching on April 12.

And as of now I'd say it's gotten better. And sometimes it's not noticeable during the day, but at night it becomes a hassle of trying to sleep without thinking of it.

But before this started I did do a pretty hard leg day on Tuesday April 7. (Calf raises using a barbell, Bulgarian split squats and dumbbell squats) And I did use pretty bad form and big weight. Not sure if it's related but I'll just throw that in there.

And then 5 days later the twitching started.

The first 3 days were hell as in I couldn't even bend my legs without being on the verge of getting a cramp. And I couldn't tippy toe.

Since then I've been down a rabbit hole of what it could be and in so caused myself a huge amount of anxiety.

I can tippy toe, run, walk normally and squat normally.

But I've skipped leg day for now and been doing upper body for now.

I'm just wondering if anybody has been through the same thing as me or if it's all just in my head and it's exercise related. (I'm 20M and pretty active in case anybody wants to know)
