Can you be close with a woman you're attracted to without falling for her? I'm not talking about casual friendship or FWB. Is it possible to keep your feelings in check if you find her attractive and really care for her, or is catching deep feelings inevitable?

I'm 45f. Recovering from a short illness that left me with poor appetite and having to follow a restricted diet indefinitely as I heal.

I have lost about 12lb in a month and I am tired, so I realise I don't look at my best, but I wasn't prepared for the radical impact on my skin. I feel like I suddenly look 100 years old and nothing helps. Makeup makes it worse, if anything. I've sprouted grey hair overnight.

Any advice? My nutrition is not going to be optimal for a while.
