Letrozole Cycle 6W1D Scan Empty Sac
I'm 6W2D pregnant today. I'm feel nervous about it because my doctor told me that my first hcg draw at 3W6D was considered low at 54.9.
For context, I had a letrozole cycle with no trigger shot. We also found out while I was doing the letrozole cycle that my husband has low fertility as well and we would have am extremely low chance of conceiving and would probably need IVF via ICSI and that the letrozole cycle most likely will not work. So, although very wanted, this pregnancy was kind of a surprise.
Knowing that this is a one in a million chance, I'm extra anxious about losing the baby. I had an early scan yesterday at 6W1D and the doctor could not find anything. She said not to worry as it could still be early but I'm seeing so many people that are able to see and even hear heartbeats at this point.
It's unlikely that I ovulated late because of the letrozole cycle I think. Could this be a case of a blighted ovum or MMC?
