In my re-watch of season 4, I don't understand how they were trying to paint Lily as the bad person with the Ben situation. Her daughter was a minor, who spent quite her fair share of alone time with her teacher. He took her out of state without permission from the school or a parent. Once he's out of prison, he just gives me the ick. This whole storyline literally gives grooming. Honestly the only bad thing she did was the whole forgery thing.

I'm rewatching the series with my partner whose never watched. I'm on season 4 with Eva and I'm so disappointed at the turnout. I hate what Blair did to her and I hate that Chuck belived her. It's just gross how every single time one of them tries to be a better person, the other destroys it. That's not love, it's control. I could go on and on about all these toxic pairing on this show, but I'll leave that for another post, at another time.
