I've been really addicted to the show lately so I made 6 of the characters and tried my best to capture their likeness. Please ignore the scratch on my screen.

not the schemes or the white party, just the four of them on the bed with magazines. second watch and i keep forgetting how many scenes like this season 1 had. later it gets so plot-heavy it kind of stops doing them. What’s a small moment you rewind more than the actual twists? mine’s probably this one, it just feels like a rainy afternoon.

I feel that Tate’s music really suits Serena’s vibe, especially ‘Serena the Queen’ when she’s out for revenge on Dan. Which celebrity reminds you of a character from Gossip Girl?

I know I'm probably 2 years too late to this party, but just realized Ariana Grande actually has some pipes and isn't just an untalented, planted mainstream artist.

So I've been watching some lives videos and music videos and came across The Boy is Mine video and shocked to see Dan Humphrey...and looking like an absolute smoke show imo, lol. ❤️‍🔥 Okay Humphrey, I see you.

Now between all the twisted games and hotel trading, the biggest problem with Chuck and Blair’s relationship is that they have learned to love themselves. Please put the pitch forks down and hear me out.

Blair’s insecurities are more obvious. But Chuck was also insecure in his own way as well. Blair’s insecurities stem from constantly competing with Serena and not having a solid support system. Chuck’s insecurities stem from never feeling good enough, especially in his father’s eyes.

They’re two unhappy insecure people who think that loving each other is enough to fix their insecurities.

They could never love each other because even through their development they never learn to love themselves fully.

This whole episode was rage bait 😩😭 UGHH!! sorry I need to vent. Serena OF COURSE you’re dad would leave you. He was actively avoiding you when you were trying to get his attention! He could literally kill your mom giving her pills she shouldn’t be taking, making her believe she’s sick. He’s PSYCHOTIC! She’s sooooo hard headed and stubborn alllll the time. Rufus has been such a good father figure to both her and Eric, while her real dad hasn’t been involved with her life at all but she immediately goes to his defense 100%. Like girl come on!!

I don’t know why but out of all the chuck and Blair emotional or romantic moments i find this one to be very deep and real. They were both very naked with their emotions in this one, they didn’t lie to each other about anything or pretend not to care. No wonder they became the main ship in the entire show. Which one’s your favourite Chair moment?

Such a perfect way to justify my 106th rewatch in the very best season for it: fall 🍁
