Has anyone ever tried these two setups? I tried connecting the master RCA out from the controller to two XLR channels 3 and 4 on the PRX One PA speakers. The sound is very sluggish and small, I also heard a lot of noise from my speakers. I read somewhere that DI boxes are recommended if you go from unbalanced RCA to balanced XLR, but I need a definitive answer before investing into DI boxes and also more cables.
