Dread Neighbor has been out for a bit now.

Honestly, launch mostly felt weird.

You spend months tweaking tiny things — footsteps, timing, how long someone hesitates before opening a door — and then people play it in ways you never predicted.

Some got scared by moments we barely thought about.
Some completely ignored things we thought were obvious.

A couple bugs showed up too, which was not exactly surprising.

The strangest part is realizing that once people start playing, the game stops feeling like the version you had in your head.

For anyone who played it — what moment actually stuck with you?

Not necessarily the scariest one. Just the part you still remember.
