Been using my batch 1 Thor consistently since November and recently noticed a crack appear on the back of the device. The area seems to be slightly protruding as well, which makes me think it could be something internal.

I contacted support and they’ve been responsive, but they’re asking me to dismantle the device to inspect the battery.

I’m a bit hesitant to do that as I’m not very confident opening it up myself.

Has anyone experienced anything similar or been in a similar situation? Any advice on how to handle it?
