Hashi moms!

How are we doing this? Every single flare I have is stress induced as a mother of 4 boys and 2 are special needs and 1 is under 2 years of age.

I’m currently 2 weeks into a stress induced Hashimotos flare that has me beaten down. I feel low mood, mild anxiety, and I crash everyday around 2 pm. The fatigue is sooooo real. The first two weeks I was wound up like a top (my thyroid was leaking stored hormones) Now I’m completely crashed out.

How do you heal from this when you are a SAHM with high demands of you?
How long do y’all’s flares last?
I’m eating gluten free, dairy free and taking supplements. Any other suggestions!?

Tell me I’m not alone.

Hashi Flare/ Anxiety

Hey yall, ended up in the hospital on the 7th with

Tsh of 29
T4 .51
T3 .53
Antibodies at 293
C reactive protein of 11

Doc told me to start back on my synthroid 112mcgs

I am 6 days in and I feel MISERABLE. Health anxiety out the hind end. Googling all day long. Having every physical symptoms of anxiety and having the worst time falling asleep without heave sedation drugs.

I was anxious before starting back on the meds but, this is a whole new level of anxiety! What do I do.

Anyone else experience this?
