As a 4+ year owner, I'm finally ready to give up that Rivian will get close to CarPlay anytime soon and ready to dive into EVPlay. There's not a ton of info on how well this thing works. The forums are relatively empty. It does seem like most issues raised have a resolution, but the data points are so minimal it's hard to get a sense of what I'm getting in to.

So, casting a wide net here to get a sense of how many people have actually done this.

Does your EVPlay unit work as described? Are there any gotchas? Any regrets? Even just a "I have one, it works" helps give some confidence that there are many happy customers.

I do plan to use a wired connection which I think helps with some of the minor issues people have had.
