Picked up this OP11 Luffy-Taro SP for about 44% under market because of the whitening on the back top edge. Front is very clean. Just wanted some opinions from collectors/sellers — would you personally consider this Near Mint or Lightly Played? Also curious what kind of discount you’d expect for this amount of wear on a ~$450 card.
