So we were happy we bought a Sebo airbelt E3 because I had read here that it is great. We didn't pay for the guarantee (not Sebo's just the seller's) because it was new out of the box, we thought it was gonna be alright... less than a month of having it and there's a whirring, scratchy noise coming from the the powerhead like at the beginning of the video attached, also I recently took out the bag and filter and there was dust going into the motor, it seems that the bag doesn't attach well (even though I made sure it was).

There is no Sebo especialized repair in my country and there is only 1 Sebo seller.

Do you have advice on how I can fix these issues myself? :(
