Leaving a well deserved review for Garmen - 5/5
I initially ordered a bag from the XiaoC factory, but it didn't meet my expectations. Garmen was super understanding and proactively suggested switching to a bag from the Coco factory instead, and honestly that is the kind of seller you want to deal with. No pushback, just great customer service.
The coco factory bag is a solid rep. Fair pricing for what you're getting. I like the leather and hardware. My only minor nitpick is that the diamond stitching could be a bit more even (on the side panels), but it is not a dealbreaker for me.
Communication was smooth and responsive, and shipping super fast too.
Overall, Garmen is a trustworthy seller who genuinely cares about the buyer's satisfaction. Would buy from him again without hesitation.
