Release the Jho Low file

I have a problem where sometimes after long session gaming :

1. Up button didn't work / ghost touch but all other button is fine.

2. sometime all button didn't work but both analog stick and Ps button is fine IN GAME, BUT exiting to live area = all button are working except the Up button.

All this problem stop happening after I reboot the Vita

All other button means = Arrows, symbols, L/R, select, start.

I tried : believing that may plugin caused it, I did reset to factory firmware but that doesn't fix it.

So I'm wondering if this is a firmware/system issue or do I need to replace both of the button Pcb board and L/R?
