Is this good enough? I want him to do some damage, but his main focus is generating stacks for Acheron.

I was on a build with 161 SPD, but with this one his damage went up a lot. Does the 10 SPD matter that much?

This was a 8 Ultra drop, I got 4 Buffies (Franks HC, Bull HC, Emz Acc, Leon Acc) but in the display they appear like they are the gadget.

As you can see on the second image, It was the buffie I got, as Leon don't have an accessory
