Samsung Bespoke - RF29BB8600QL - water dispenser not working with filter in place.
We have roughly a 2 year old bespoke Samsung fridge and have never had issues with the water dispenser until now.
It was time to change the filter so we changed it and water wouldn’t come out. We put the old filter in and it then would not come out still. We just got in an additional filter just to ensure it wasn’t a filter and alas it still doesn’t work.
If I remove the filter the water comes out no problems at all. So it’s not a kink in the line or a pressure issue as far as I know.
We were told it’s not the housing and has to be an o ring or filter issue.
We are at a loss and can’t find any videos or troubleshooting online to assist outside of “buy a new water filter housing” if it doesn’t dispense any water but ours does.
Anyone have this issue before? I attached a video to show the difference with and without a filter. Also if you hold the water down long enough with the filter in it stops sometimes (30+ seconds)
