This was installed as sod in Feb. 2021. At the time, I hired a company to care for it, but all they did was mow, blow, and go. I threw some big box seed down in 2022 when I thought it looked thin. The following year the seed head started popping up and I started educating myself. Since then, I've been using pre-emergent in the fall and hoping for the best with spring seedings. It's come a long way and I'm enjoying trying to make it beautiful.
