Yesterday, my area got a tornado warning, which isn't out of the ordinary for this time of year. My father's phone received a tornado warning and beeped loudly, but mine got nothing, not even a text. I was told I must have emergency services or whatever blocked on my phone, but I never remember doing such a thing, nor would I want to. I also don't know how to unblock it if I somehow do have it blocked. The last time I remember getting any sort of warning on my phone is during the tornado outbreak in 2024 for a Tornado Emergency. But again, I've never received typical tornado warnings, and I've had this phone for years. I just discovered today that thats unusual

I looked it up but I was told to install something called Butler and the installation instructions dojt make sense. For example, I have no idea how to press "Win + X" or what it even is

I downloaded on Mobile and set it up, but it didnt shoe me any of thr custom emotes in chat

I' new to Twitch and saw on a Vtuber stream people saying sadN and sadV. I looked it up but apparently Google is clueless
