First times it happened I thought it was a coincidence. But after many years it became very obvious - my laptop never blue screens except when there's a new update requiring restart for a long time.

Even worse, once it's back on it forces you to go through a little wizard to set up their horrible browser. I replied No to everything, and in the end it still opened it up.

What a failure of an OS.
