Is this F10?

Hello

I'm still stuck at focus 10. I couldn't really get into F10(if you can call it that) in the beginning, so I would meditate everytime before I listened to the tapes. What I do is, I focus on the breath until the mind quietens.

So I tried doing the same during the tapes as well - focusing on the breath or bodily sensations.

And so I started getting these tingles, vibrations (pretty intense sometimes) throughout my body - mostly hands. And I would be exhausted when I'm done. Despite these effects, did I really get into F10? The definition clearly suggests "mind awake, body asleep" and I could always feel my body and move it pretty much at will.

So I have been trying something new; I just let myself be without doing anything at all. I find myself relaxing a lot more with this process, although without the characteristic 'tingles'. Unfortunately, more often than not I get these 'dreams' and slowly 'click out' after the preparatory process - I wouldn't be exactly asleep but not awake all the same. Regardless, I would wake up to Mr. Monroe's voice toward the end.

Which method would you suggest me continue with and any other suggestions are all welcome. Thank you.

Advice needed

I started off meditating (breath-focused) some 3 months ago, but never was consistent. I still remember being euphoric for 2 days straight in the beginning.

Later on, I picked it up again as it helps with Astral Projection; I was unsuccessful in having any meaningful experience using *just* the Gateway Tapes. The reason it did was because I could feel this electricity pulsing in certain parts of my body (ankles, wrists, hands).

While meditation helps, I feel like it's not nearly enough for my goal.

So,

What is energy first off?

From where do you get it? (Attention? Relaxation?)

What's a method/practice to cultivate energy that I can teach myself.

Are kundalini, Prana, chi etc., the same?

Let me know if there's anything else I should know about energy as a beginner. Thank you.

▲ 2 r/Dreams

Do they weigh upon you?

I dream everyday and I remember most of the dreams I have had.

For the last 6 years or so I have been severely depressed to the point where I have messed up badly right now.

Even if I want to rebuild the dreams keep on coming in the way.

I suppose my dreams are highly connected to what my mind frame was on that particular day - the day I had it/them.

Does anyone else feel the same?

Hello, Help

Could anyone tell me that one episode where Tom and Jerry find 'magic equipment' outside and kind if against each other (I think in the snow), and I remember thinking this is too much power. Any guesses?
