Not so Intogreat

Having worked in the call center department, I personally observed what I would describe as a toxic and unprofessional culture. Some higher operations officers were often overly aggressive, loud, or bossy CXM. There were also OM who would publicly embarrass staff members and TLs across communication channels. At times, management would spam unnecessary emails simply to put blame on employees.

Some SMs were extremely demanding while failing to provide proper support, coaching, or training to their Team Leads. Certain leads and members of management also encouraged gossip and shifted blame toward staff members.

Management frequently crossed personal boundaries by contacting employees during leaves or rest days. Credit-grabbing was common, and there was little consistency in leadership plans or direction. Career growth felt limited, and employees who did not fit into certain groups or circles often risked being removed from their positions.

There were also clear instances of toxic behavior and unfair treatment between staff and leads. Favorite TLs were reportedly given hybrid work arrangements, while others facing accountability issues were treated differently (some receiving only coaching instead of formal NTE cases). There were increasing NLRC complaints and even lawsuits due to accusations made without proper evidence, along with ongoing payout disputes.

Are you getting same experience?
