I’m just really confused as how I’m supposed to know how many calories to eat for a cut/recomp 😭
My issue is I’m really inconsistent with my exercise levels, like in an average week my daily steps will range from 1-18k and I go the gym but only 2-4 times a week.
My BMR is 2000 but with my activity level I have no idea if my TDEE is 2200 or 3100 which is obviously a huge difference when it comes to trying to be in a deficit 😓 do I just eat depending on the day? Like high activity days I eat 2700 and days I do nothing I eat 1750? Or does it have to be a consistent value for my body to respond??
I’m just confused and frustrated because I’ve been eating 2000 kcals a day and 160g+ protein for a month (which is apparently a deficit for me?) and I haven’t lost any weight but I feel tired all the time
