Reached Goa and Clueless

So I’ve reached Goa yesterday, currently at Morjim. Went to a nearby shack. Did i choose the worst time to come?

Please suggest 3 day itenary to get the feel of the goa vibe and please tell of its possible to score some shrooms anywhere from genuine contacts and not scams.

Looking to have a fun and relaxed time here

Hi everyone,
I’m dealing with a stressful situation and would really appreciate some guidance.
I transferred ₹8,250 via Google Pay using bank transfer (account number + IFSC, not UPI).

Unfortunately, I entered the wrong account number while adding the beneficiary.

Transaction status: Successful
I had saved the beneficiary name myself, so the name shown isn’t reliable
Beneficiary bank: Bank of Baroda
I’ve already visited my bank (Standard Chartered) and raised a dispute

Update:
I managed to get the recipient’s phone number and contacted them, but they are refusing to return the money, even after explaining it was sent by mistake.

So far I have:
Raised a dispute with my bank
Visited the branch and submitted complaint
Contacted the recipient (refused to cooperate)
Sent email to Bank of Baroda requesting freeze

What I understand:
Since the account exists, the money has been credited
Banks can’t reverse without recipient consent
This may now require legal/police involvement

What I need help with:
Has anyone successfully recovered money when the recipient refused?

How effective is filing a cybercrime or police complaint in this situation?

Does escalating to RBI Ombudsman actually push banks to act faster?

Any other steps I should take immediately?
Any real experiences or practical advice would really help right now.

Thanks in advance.

Does escalating to RBI Ombudsman actually push banks to act faster? But for this there is a 30 day wait

Any other steps I should take immediately?
Any real experiences or practical advice would really help right now.
Thanks in advance.
