Killed/Supported/Forced bailout of probably 40-50 aircraft for this one...
This challenge was ridiculously difficult for a few reasons.
It doesn't seem to track properly. I hit multiple aircraft that forced a crash and I was rewarded kills on the enemy that didn't count. On many occasions I would get a forced bailout, and it wouldn't count. I would also completely kill the aircraft and it just wouldn't count.
Aircraft get flares so quickly. They can go way out of position, use their flares, go below radar, and circle back in 20 seconds with flares up again. We had to have one of us on each side of the map to bait the flares out, then have the other get the hit on the vehicle. Doing this alone seems incredibly difficult.
On the chance that you're able to bait out the flares and the pilot doesn't get below radar, the rocket doesn't even kill the aircraft. Maybe I'm remembering wrong, but in previous battlefields if you hit a helicopter/jet with the anti air launcher, it would kill it. For some reason in this game, even the little bird doesn't die from a hit? This launcher is extremely underpowered.
Not sure of your guys' thoughts, but I just needed to rant on this one.
