Hi - last night I felt a burning-ish sensation under my lip when I put on Vaseline (I’ve used Vaseline religiously for years). When I woke up this morning I noticed my lip was very red (as in first photo). Throughout the day these small crusty spots appeared all throughout the area. I have not been excessively licking my lips. It itches a bit but not constantly. It burns when I put Vaseline on, wipe my mouth with wet cloth. Any thoughts on what this could be? Going to doctor tomorrow.
