I remember having a VHS recording of some standup night and there was this one guy who had a bit about selling one of those get rich quick programs and had a line that went like "buy a knife, kill your neighbors, sell their house and you can be a millionaire!" This was delivered like a infomercial sales pitch kind of voice, there were a lot of infomercial for get rich quick stuff during this time.. I have no idea who it was and can't find much online. Does anyone know who I'm thinking of? American accent.

Fairly new baker. Been mostly baking sourdough and sourdough focaccia. I have a bread clouche (cloak, clouque idk how to spell my English is not good) I was told to keep it in the oven during preheating for it to get really hot and my loves come out looking great, but the bottom of the loaf often comes out burnt. Should I try putting only the dome lid in the oven during preheating? Is there a better way? I tried the sheet pan under but found that ineffective. I also tried adding a silpat cutout in between the bottom pan and parchment but that was less than effective.

Focaccia comes out fine in a glass pan other than it loves to stick.
