Under my calorie target of 1,200 for the day but was feeling very full from this lunch. Under my macros for the day as well, but wanted to share since I ended the day feeling satisfied.

Breakfast - almond milk latte (not pictured) and a barbells

Lunch- burger taco things: mission carb smart tortillas, iceberg lettuce, 100g ground beef, pickles, ketchup and mustard. Zevia cream soda (not pictured)

Snack - 100g blackberries

Dinner - Two Bilinskis Spicy Italian Chicken Sausages, 250 G zucchini in the air fryer

Desert - Yasso Vanilla Chocolate Crunch
