Lease Takeover: The Marshall August 2026 - July 2027. 2x2.5 Townhome - Private Bed/Bath (3rd Floor)
Hi everyone!
I recently accepted a job abroad, so I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Marshall in Dinkytown for the 2026–27 school year.
It’s a furnished 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhome-style apartment, and you would have your own private bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is on the 3rd floor.
You’d be living with one other UMN student, Jacob, who’s really laid back, clean, and honestly a great roommate. He’s also a good friend of mine.
Rent is $1209/month, and I also have an underground parking spot available for an additional $175/month if wanted.
Lease term: August 20, 2026 – July 31, 2027
Super close to campus, with Target right downstairs.
I’m also open to negotiating pricing a bit for the right person.
