I recently bought an item from a new seller with no ratings, the listing was originally $33 and was given a discount for $24.50, with $5 shipping. Seller took 6 days to ship, and it has since been 5 days since the item was finally shipped, but no tracking number.
When I tried googling if it was possible to even get $5 shipping in Australia the general consensus was no, so now I’m nervous I might’ve been scammed.
I’ve also had a lot of difficulty with packages not making it to my house in the past so I’m nervous that if the seller simply sent it untracked that it could end up and the wrong location and I wouldn’t even know.
What do I do? Is it possible I’ve been scammed or is the seller just new and doesn’t know what they’re doing?
It’s day 11- soon to be day 12 since I first ordered and I’m not quite sure when the window in which I can get a refund closes in case it doesn’t arrive. Also unsure how long I should wait before filing a claim
