Logging Nutrition & Journal entries past midnight

Sometimes, especially on the weekends, I will be up late past midnight. I'll then take my Magnesium or any other food later on.

But, I do have a Magnesium goal and some Nutrition goals. My issue is that if I log something past midnight, then it will count for that entire day. E.g. I take Magnesium at 00:20 on Sunday and then 22 hours later on, I'll take Magnesium at 22:20 or so, also on that same Sunday.

The problem is that Bevel will then show that I've technically taken "750 mg Magnesium", which is sort of correct, but there is still an almost entire day difference.

This is especially true as well with Nutrition. E.g. I have set a Vitamin C goal, which I then eat 1 orange a day. But if I eat that orange at midnight... and then 22 hours later on at night... then you can guess where I am going with this. Bevel will think that I hit my nutrition goal twice.

Of course, I know that this isn't ideal, but what would the best solution be? Just keep it this way, or log everything at 23:59 the day before, so it is more realistic?

When I am at the gym, I’ll usually do a 5-minute Treadmill Walk as part of my warm-up to get my heart going.

To my surprise, that is not in the exercise list. There is a Treadmill Run, however.

I am curious why this is not an option and if there is any reason that decision has been made.

I’ve seen a lot of criticism on the new pricing, and I do not understand the arguments.

People have mentioned that Bevel is now more expensive than Whoop, mentioning that Whoop is supposedly “€17 a month“, while Bevel is €18 a month… therefore Bevel is more expensive now.

My apologies if I haven’t done my full research… but where is this “€17 a month” number coming from? I checked Whoop’s website, and while it does say €17/mo… that is if you get the annual plan. The annual plan is €199. Which is indeed about €17~ if you divide it by 12.

Bevel is €99 annually, half the price of the bare basics of Whoop.

Regardless, this is just the “basic” ONE plan… which does not even include the “Biological Age” and ”Advanced Labs”, unlike Bevel which does on the Pro plan. Why is this a comparison?

And just looking at the whole picture: Bevel Intelligence is super impressive, and does not seem to have any limits at all either. If you wanted to buy a subscription for any major LLM out there, that’s easily going to be around €20 a month with limits.

The conversion and regional pricing is another story, that I have read as well.

I am curious on your opinion on this, maybe I am missing something. 🙂
