Been doing NSM for about a month. Did a 5k time trial, got it done in 19:20 for a 20 second PR. That was Saturday, and my quads are pretty sore.

Did my sub t session today, so now my quads are even more sore. On the week after a time trial where I push myself, do I take it easy and skip on the first one or two sessions?
