Almost one month in

M 38 5’9” 178lbs
Have been training and active for the better part of my life
Started Reta at 2mg per week with no true loss yet just mostly glycogen stores
Currently sitting at around 1800cal so going to start dropping little by little
Just came off of carnivore diet for this purpose so I’m starting at about the leanest I’ve been
Current side effects are skin sensitivity
Able to eat with no issues whatsoever with complete control for the most part
Really trying to see how lean I can get during this recomp

38 M. I have been in the gym and active pretty much my whole 20s. Things are a little different now with age and a busy life to where I cannot spend 2 hours a day in the gym training or playing ball anymore but I’m still very much active. Have been on try since 31 yo. Going to run Reta at 2mg as long as it’s working. Photos from day 1 am currently on day 9. Going to be updating progress here
