Got sent this by a friend.Surely congratulating someone who got involved in stopping a shoplifter is bad.
I saw the other week a post that someone mentioned a store lost 1k in alcohol, and another that a staff member got between shoplifters and got into trouble for putting themself in danger by blocking the fire escape to freedom. Isn't this not exactly a great way to stop staff thinking its okay to get involved ??
