I rescued a Heidelberg Windmill from being scrapped and I’m now learning how to bring it back to life properly. I’m really excited about the possibilities and have a few letterpress print ideas I’d love to turn into real pieces.

I’m looking for a graphic designer who would be interested in collaborating on letterpress-based projects. Someone who likes print, vintage machinery, bold/simple design, and the quirks of designing for a traditional press would be amazing.

I want to be honest that I’m at the very beginning of this, so I don’t have a large upfront budget. Because of that, I’m hoping to find someone open to working on a profit-share basis or a percentage of sales for the specific print/project we create together.

I realise that won’t suit everyone, and I mean no disrespect to designers at all, I just don’t have deep pockets yet and I’m trying to get this started in a fair way. I’d especially love to hear from someone looking for flexible creative work on the side.

If that sounds interesting, send me a message.

I am located in Australia.

Budget is $15 an hour.
