Just looking for a little advice on how to up my calories in a healthy way. I feel like I’m eating as much as I can but I’m still losing weight. I don’t actually want to lose any more, my BMI is 20 and I definitely look very slim. My tummy is toned and flat but I am still losing weight. The problem is that I just cannot eat at the volume I need to maintain weight (and now gain a little). I want to gain and maintain in a healthy way so I don’t build fat but I feel like I’m eating as much as possible but when I step on the scales, I’m still losing. Anyone else had this problem and can offer advice?
