Update: timeshare kitty!
Posted this guy a while ago. Tried all the things people suggested, asked neighbours and sent him out with a note around his neck. But three days went by without response. In the end some friends of my parents that i don't even really know let me borrow a chip reader. Turns out he belongs to people in the street behind mine! They also have dogs and he doesn't come inside their place, never has. They found him 14 (!) years ago after a suspected car accident. He has some rods in his spine and scar tissue which is causing him to wobble a little now in his old age. Luckily, they are happy to share him with me!
