Beginner Picks for a frugal picker?

So I got into lockpicking yesterday, made my own picks and picked my first lock. On my way home I bought a couple different locks for relatively cheap and watched my fair bit of youtube regarding different starter pick sets while trying my hand at them.

I kind of decided that my next step is buying a fairly decent starter pick kit made from decent materials but I'm based in South Africa so after conversion, import taxes and shipping most "affordable" sets (in the realm of 40-50 euro) are quite expensive for me.

What recommendations do you guys have for truly budget sets? I'm not looking for a large set but would like at least 1-2 hooks and a wave + city rake. Fairly bare bones but enough to keep me going and offer some versatility.

First lock and my home made tools

Brand new to lockpicking, spent the day making my tools out of a old hacksaw blade and piece of mild steel. Picked a lock I had laying around and will say it was really fun. What do I do as a new lockpicker now? Do I look at just picking new locks and getting new tools? Its already kind of addicting
