I’m new to using MacroFactor workouts and had Smart Progression create a plan for me. One of the exercises is barbell push press.
I’m using a 45 lb bar and added 2.5 lb plates on each side (so 50 lb total). I also did some sets with just the bar.
When I try to log the weight, it seems like the app subtracts from the bar weight instead of adding the plates. I’ve tried entering both 2.5 (per side) and 5 lb total, but it still doesn’t look right.
Am I entering the weight incorrectly, or is there a setting I need to change?
