I had 5 teeth extracted on the 14th with the intention to have implants in 3-6 months. I had bone grafts on all of the extractions but this one, I don’t really see any bone grafting? I keep feeling the little grit like pieces in my mouth. It doesn’t really hurt but it is tender so I’m hoping this also isn’t the start of dry socket. Does this appear to look like a failed bone graft and/or dry socket? Any help would be immensely appreciated, thank you!
