Context:
Device is 3 years old, cleaned regularly, and only just moved from the downstairs to the upstairs in the past month for the first time.
Turned it on the other day and had a black screen, did a hard boot and played with the cable for a bit and got it to work again. 2 days later it's stuck in a fuzzy 4:3 resolution. Just trying to figure out how much I should expect going to repair it.
UPDATE: Seems like it's a conflict with the TV software, thanks for all who commented. Saved me a trip to a repair shop.
