Howdy, I’m currently planning to buy out my lease in full and I’m filling out the required paper work online. Before I proceed I’m just curious, my car is registered and insured in my mothers name, would this mean that the title would also have to be in my mothers name? I thought I saw someone say that the registration and insurer names have to match but the title name can be someone else, is this true?
