BCBS Settlement Payout (FINALLY HAPPENING)
Just received an email saying I'll be getting a Virtual Prepaid card this month from the BCBS settlement.
Has anyone officially received it yet? Is it possible to transfer money off this kind prepaid card? I guess worth case scenario is you go to the ATM and withdrawal the amount? I'd rather not leave it on the card. I'd like it in an account.
