Just started Act 3 and…

The story is extremely interesting so far. My only concern is that it’s been based heavily on buildup, so I hope the payoff sticks the landing just as well.

Also, from here on out, the pacing should get better, right? I suppose I’m already over halfway through the game.

Finished Rean route 2 and just wanted to say something (no spoilers)

The Trails writers are incredibly talented. Beneath the “corny speeches,” “zero stakes,” and “dreadful pacing” lies a level of writing that’s genuinely difficult to match.

I think that by the time the series ends, Trails will be remembered for its writing the same way Xenogears is remembered for its storytelling.
